On April 26th, experience the City of STEM + Los Angeles Maker Faire—the official science festival of Los Angeles County. This FREE, all-ages event is SoCal’s largest celebration of science, making, creativity, and invention. It’s a full day of hands-on activities, immersive experiences, workshops, live demonstrations, and appearances by renowned creators and science personalities. Designed to reflect the diversity of the greater Los Angeles region, the festival champions curiosity, creativity, and access to STEM for all—now with programming available in both English and Spanish.

Take the Metro to the Event!
Because parking will be paid and limited, we highly recommend taking the Metro to the event.
Exit Expo Park/ Vermont and walk 10 min to the park.
The following transit lines have routes that pass near Expo Park/Vermont Metro Station:

Prepaid Parking:
Prepaid off-site parking will be limited but available. There will be NO on-site parking on the day of the event. Visit the link below to see parking options and prepay for event day parking.
All Day Experience
At City of STEM, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at making circuit boards, creating screen printing, piloting drones, exploring mobile museums, and so much more! But the fun does not stop there—there is even more for your family that day! Visit the Natural History Museum as they are offering discounted admission, explore the California Science Center offering FREE entry, walk across the street to the YMCA's Healthy Kids Day at the Los Angeles Coliseum for sports, games, and activities, and see Angel City FC play at BMO Stadium at 3 PM!

These discounts will only be available on April 26, 2026. Attendees will be able to use these codes at any ticket counter at NHM that day.
